Saturday, August 16th LDC helps host the No Fear All Fun 5k. The link for registration is on our Calendar Page. If you plan to run check out that page. If you are interested in helping volunteer for the event just email Coach Nichols at bnichols07@hotmail.com and he will point you in the right direction. This is a fun event to participate in just before the Cross Season gets kicked off the following Monday.
